First …          Next…          Last …

Please record a video of your child giving their instructions and add this to Tapestry for some dojo points. You may also like to add a photograph of your child making their sandwich.

Dough disco:

To help us strengthen our muscles for writing, we regularly do an activity in school called ‘Dough Disco’. This is easy to do at home. If you do not have any play dough, you can make this at home using the following recipe:

The following dough disco links can be used with the children:

Creative:

Using any junk modelling materials you have at home (e.g cereal boxes, toilet roll tubes or any other items that you recycle) can you make a new chair for baby bear? Remember to upload pictures to Tapestry for Dojo points.

Fiddly fingers:

This activity is useful for helping children to develop their fine motor skills.

Use a piece of string or a pipe cleaner and some pasta to do some threading. Can children count how many pieces of pasta they have used? If you have paints at home, children may wish to paint their pasta shapes first.

Counting songs and rhymes:

Please visit the BBC Nursery Rhyme page and choose a different counting rhyme each day to sing.
